In our last Purge the Pounds post, we looked at how to change our eating habits in order to lose weight in a healthy way. Today, we’ll look at the other aspect: working out.
Eight years ago, when I was most active, I weighed 145. Four months ago, I bought a scale and discovered that I weighed 179. Ouch! When my husband had similar grim results with the scale, we decided that things needed to change. Immediately, we did what most people do:
